Our prices vary depending on a number of factors, including:

  • Length of hire -- We specialise in long-term 4WD car hire; the longer the hire, the better the rate.
  • Number of vehicles -- If you need a few vehicles to complete your works, we can give you a 'package' price for more than one 4WD.
  • Expected vehicle usage -- Our prices vary depending on the type of work the vehicle is expected to perform.
  • Vehicle specification -- A standard ute is cheaper than a fully-equipped mine specification vehicle; some mine spec options are more expensive than others.

Rental Vehicles with In-Vehicle Monitoring Systems (IVMS)

Vehicles hired for use at sites controlled by Santos, QGC or any other company requiring In-Vehicle Monitoring Systems have an additional charge for the IVMS unit:

Rental Vehicles with VHF Radios

Where vehicles are hired for longer than 3 months, 80CH UHF CB radios can be fitted at no charge. Vehicles requiring commercial site specific digital or analogue VHF radios are charged as follows:

Payment Terms and Options


For long-term hires, we invoice at the beginning of each month for vehicles rented during the previous month.

Our payment terms are 14 days from invoice for electronic funds transfers and cheque payments. A credit card authority may be required.  

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club. A surcharge may apply to credit card transactions.
